Phòng KDTT - IMG Phước Đông tổ chức khảo sát Khu công nghiệp tại Tây Ninh_ en
Ngày 21/3/2023, Phòng KDTT Công ty Cổ phần IMG Phước Đông tổ chức chuyến khảo sát tại các KCN ở Tây Ninh: KCN Thành Thành Công, Khu chế xuất và Công nghiệp Linh Trung III và KCN Phước Đông.
Khu công nghiệp Thành Thành Công
Tiền thân là Khu công nghiệp Bourbon - An Hòa, được thành lập vào năm 2008 với chủ đầu tư hạ tầng là Công ty CP Bourbon - An Hòa, đây là một trong những KCN Tây Ninh đầu tiên cũng như tại Việt Nam có định hướng phát triển theo mô hình KCN sinh thái.
Đầu năm 2014, theo Quyết định số 03/2014/QĐ-HĐCT, Hội Đồng Chủ tịch Tập đoàn Thành Thành Công chính thức phê chuẩn về việc tham gia của Công ty CP Bourbon An Hòa vào Tập đoàn. Và đến tháng 3/2014, tên gọi của KCN chính thức thay đổi là KCN Thành Thành Công.
Với tổng diện tích 1.020 ha, ngoài diện tích đất công nghiệp 760 ha cho thuê, KCN Thành Thành Công còn được quy hoạch đồng bộ với 184 ha khu kho cảng và điện mặt trời, cùng với khu dân cư có diện tích 76 ha..jpg)
Khu công nghiệp Phước Đông
Khu công nghiệp Phước Đông không phải là một khu công nghiệp riêng biệt mà nằm trong Khu liên hợp Công nghiệp - Đô thị - Dịch vụ Phước Đông - Bời Lời, có diện tích lên đến 3.285 ha. Khu công nghiệp này được thành lập vào năm 2008 theo Quyết định số 1477/QĐ-UBND của UBND tỉnh Tây Ninh, cùng với chủ đầu tư là Công Ty Cổ Phần Đầu Tư Sài Gòn VRG..jpg)

Trong chuyến khảo sát này, P.KDTT đã thu thập được nhiều kiến thức bổ ích, đặc biệt là thông tin về các KCN lân cận: Giá thành sản phẩm, dịch vụ khách hàng, vận hành… Bên cạnh đó, chuyến khảo sát góp phần giúp kết nối các nhà đầu tư, tăng lượng khách hàng, tìm hiểu sản phẩm trên thị trường nhằm giúp thúc đẩy kinh doanh trong giai đoạn cuối năm. Tham dự buổi khảo sát địa bàn, các cán bộ phòng Marketing Công ty Cổ phần IMG Phước Đông đã có buổi làm việc tại các khu công nghiệp tại ở Tây Ninh: KCN Thành Thành Công, Khu chế xuất và Công nghiệp Linh Trung III và KCN Phước Đông. Đây là cơ hội thực sự giúp nhân viên kinh doanh thu thập thông tin và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.

For the first time in Vietnam, an international design competition for a multi-storey factory complex has been organized at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port, opening a new approach to industrial park development – where architecture, operations, and investment efficiency converge.
On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project is expected to provide a strong impetus for green and sustainable industrial development in the region.
