IMG Phuoc Dong invests over VND 3,600 billion to develop a modern industrial park ecosystem
On the morning of April 29, 2026, in Tay Ninh, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company officially broke ground on a High-rise Factory cluster integrated with 110kV power infrastructure and a worker and expert housing development. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project contributes to completing a modern, fully integrated, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem.
On April 29, 2026, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the High-rise Factory cluster – 110kV transmission line and substation project, alongside the commencement of the Worker Housing and Expert Accommodation Development at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh).
The event took place on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Reunification Day of Vietnam, carrying significant importance in promoting local industrial infrastructure development. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project is considered one of the key developments within the industrial park.
A key highlight of the project is the large-scale High-rise Factory cluster, designed to optimize land use efficiency and meet the increasing demand from manufacturing enterprises. In parallel, a modern and fully integrated 110kV power infrastructure system is being developed to ensure a stable and long-term energy supply for industrial operations.
In addition to production and energy infrastructure, the project also includes dedicated residential areas for workers and experts, enhancing living standards and ensuring social welfare for the workforce. This is regarded as a comprehensive solution to establish a sustainable working environment while attracting and retaining high-quality talent.
A representative of IMG Phuoc Dong stated that the development orientation of the industrial park is to be modern, integrated, and environmentally friendly. The integration of High-rise Factory facilities, energy infrastructure, and on-site accommodation not only enhances competitiveness but also increases attractiveness to both domestic and foreign investment flows.
As part of the program, the company also signed cooperation agreements with strategic partners, introduced clean energy solutions, and carried out corporate social responsibility initiatives to support the local community.
Leaders of Tay Ninh Province highly appreciated the project's significance in driving economic growth, generating employment, and gradually establishing a model industrial park in the region.
