KCN Cầu cảng Phước Đông tổ chức long trọng Lễ ký kết bàn giao đất - Công ty TNHH Thương mại & Dịch vụ TNL_ en
Khu công nghiệp Cầu cảng Phước Đông có tổng diện tích 128.8 ha. Hệ thống giao thông chính với 4 làn xe, rộng 22m, hệ thống giao thông nội bộ với 2 làn xe, rộng 14m, vỉa hè, cây xanh trong khu. Tại KCN Phước Đông bao gồm: đất cho thuê, nhà xưởng xây sẵn, nhà xưởng xây theo yêu cầu, kho bãi. Địa hình phù hợp với cả giao thông đường bộ và đường thủy. Về đường bộ, Tỉnh lộ 826B đi qua dự án kết nối với Quốc lộ 50 nối TP.HCM và các tỉnh Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long giúp giao thông từ TP.HCM tới khu công nghiệp chưa đến 1 giờ đồng hồ. Về đường thủy, khu vực này sở hữu chiều dài giáp sông Vàm Cỏ hơn 3 km và cầu cảng trong tương, dự kiến sẽ đảm bảo tiếp nhận tàu đến 20.000 DWT. Đây là cảng trung chuyển đi các khu vực kinh tế miền Tây năng động và Quốc tế. For the first time in Vietnam, an international design competition for a multi-storey factory complex has been organized at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port, opening a new approach to industrial park development – where architecture, operations, and investment efficiency converge.
On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project is expected to provide a strong impetus for green and sustainable industrial development in the region.
