Groundbreaking ceremony for B2.2 Factory at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Factory Lot B2.2 at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port invested by IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company was held on the morning of August 16, 2022 at Hamlet 5, Provincial Road 826B, Phuoc Commune. Dong, Can Duoc district, Long An province. During this construction process, ATAD Steel Structure Joint Stock Company will accompany the project.Brief introduction about ADAT Steel Structure Joint Stock Company (ADAT)ATAD provides customers with a package solution including the stages of consulting, designing, manufacturing, and erecting high-quality pre-engineered steel buildings and steel structures. ATAD offers customers a variety of choices including: factories, warehouses, high-rise buildings, heavy industrial projects, commercial centers, exhibition centers, transportation infrastructure (stations, airports). ...) Since our establishment in 2004, we have performed more than 3,500 projects in more than 40 countries and territories with a network of representative offices in: Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Sri Lanka , Bangladesh and Uganda. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, there are: land for rent, ready-built factories, custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and water traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project is expected to provide a strong impetus for green and sustainable industrial development in the region.
On April 29, 2026, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong held the groundbreaking ceremony for the High-rise Factory Cluster – DZ & 110kV Transformer Substation Project, along with the ground-breaking of the Worker Housing and Expert Residential Development Project.
